Deploy

Every service deploys from main. A merge redeploys only the services whose files it changed.

Service Deploys to Build
api Railway service, next to a Railway Postgres (US East) apps/api/Dockerfile, from the repo root. Runs the migrations at start. Health check /healthz.
web Cloudflare Pages, app.budi.lat apps/web with Vite.
landing Cloudflare Pages, budi.lat apps/landing with Astro.
docs Cloudflare Pages, docs.budi.lat apps/docs with Astro Starlight.

Each service has its own watch paths. Markdown and docs/** changes do not deploy the api, the web or the landing. The docs site is the exception: its pages are Markdown, so it watches apps/docs/**, GLOSSARY.md and packages/design-system/**.
